The Umpqua Business Center’s primary mission is the “incubation” of new businesses. These early stage businesses may be tenants or virtual clients. Virtual clients would have access to some of the resources of UBC (such as meeting space and/or a business mailing address). Resident clients have access to all of the services provided to other tenants: reception, shared meeting space, break room, etc.
